See a cell, then ask

If biology is a wall of names, look at one cell first. Cell Studio is a 3D atlas. Exploration does not use AI tokens. Asking RoxWhy afterwards does.

You will know it worked when you can name one structure, say what it does in that cell, and answer two questions without looking.

Cell Studio is a Scholar study tool. If you see an upgrade gate, you can still use Chat with a diagram from class.

1. Open one specimen

Open Cell Studio.

Choose the cell that matches class, for example plant, animal, neuron, muscle, epithelial, white blood cell, or bacteria.

Use Whole cell, then Focus structure on the organelle you are learning. Cross-section and compare are there if two cells are getting mixed up.

Read the learning notes for that structure: role, key fact, where it is found. Favourites and progress are saved so you can resume.

If 3D will not start, the notes still work. That is enough for the next step.

2. Ask about the structure you just focused

Use Ask RoxWhy from Cell Studio, or open Chat with:

I just studied the [structure] in a [cell type] in Cell Studio. Explain how this structure supports that cell's job. Then give me two check questions and wait. If my class notes use different names, prefer the class names. Notes: [optional paste]

A good follow-up:

Compare this structure with the closest equivalent in [other cell]. What would fail if it stopped working?

3. Make it stick

• Generate a five-question Quiz on that cell only.
• Or build a Learning Pack for "structures of a [cell type] and why each is specialised."
• Save the two questions you missed.

If this is a whole unit, create a knowledge base Year 10 Biology - Cells and a Roxy Tutor with the goal "Explain specialised cell structures and why each structure fits the cell's job."
