Account Access
Help with RoxWhy sign-in, account emails, parent/student account ownership, magic links, onboarding, and support identity checks.
Account Access
Use the email address tied to the RoxWhy account whenever you contact support. It helps us find the right workspace, billing record, token balance, uploaded learning context, and support history.
Signing in
Open Sign In and enter your email address to receive a magic link. RoxWhy does not expose public password registration, password reset forms, or social login while email-only access is enabled.
If using an email magic link:
- Check the same inbox used to request the link.
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Open the link in the same browser where possible.
- Request a new link if the old one expired.
Creating an account
Open Sign In with the email address that should own the RoxWhy workspace. If the address is new, RoxWhy creates the account, asks a few onboarding questions, then sends the learner to the learning workspace.
Parents should decide whether the parent email or student email owns the account. Billing, support, AI-token history, and workspace access are tied to that account email.
Onboarding
New accounts may need to complete onboarding before the learning workspace opens. Onboarding helps RoxWhy shape the first learning session.
If the account signs in but the workspace does not open, confirm onboarding is complete before contacting support.
Email changes
Email changes are handled by support because the email address can be tied to billing, credits, uploaded learning context, support requests, and account recovery.
Contact support@roxwhy.com from the current account email if possible. Include the current email, requested new email, and whether this is a parent or student account.
Account deletion
For deletion requests, contact support with the account email and a clear request to delete the account. We may need to retain limited billing, security, or legal records where required.
Account access support
Use Contact and include the account email, sign-in method, what page you were trying to open, and any error text.
