Protected connections
The RoxWhy website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and the site.
Account safeguards
Sign-in protects access to your learning workspace. Administrative tools are restricted to authorised administrators.
Payments through Stripe
When you pay through Stripe, Stripe handles your card details. RoxWhy uses payment references to manage your plan, credits and billing support.
Your learning information has a purpose
Your questions, notes, uploaded documents and saved study context help RoxWhy deliver tutoring, quizzes, writing support and other learning tools. Uploaded material may be stored so you can return to it and use it in future study sessions.
You choose the material you bring into your workspace. Keeping uploads focused on the learning task helps you share only the information that is needed.
Clear about how AI is used
RoxWhy uses AI services and providers to generate responses and support learning workflows. Prompts, messages, relevant source excerpts, uploaded document text and related workspace context may be sent to those services when needed for these features.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved, including the specific handling of AI NAPLAN Insights report images and paid reports.
Care around account access
Your account brings together your learning workspace, plan and support identity. Sign-in checks protect account features, and administrator access is restricted separately.
Selected administrative actions, including plan and configuration changes, are recorded to help trace those changes. For account-specific data requests, support may verify your identity before making changes or sharing information.
Support for students and families
Students, parents and guardians can get help with account access, uploaded learning material and privacy questions. Choosing which email owns the account keeps billing, support and learning access easier to manage.

A clear path for your data requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of account data through support. Contact us from the account email where possible so we can help with the right account.
Information is retained for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing the service, billing, security and legal obligations. Deletion requests are subject to those requirements and backup retention periods.
