Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how RoxWhy handles subscriptions, cancellations, failed payments, and AI-token top-ups.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another configured payment provider. You may cancel before the next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Unless required by law, RoxWhy does not automatically provide partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.
Refund Window
If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge. We will review the account, payment, usage, and circumstances before deciding whether a refund applies.
AI-Token Top-Ups
AI-token top-ups are service credits for AI-powered tutoring, writing, retrieval, and learning workflows. Completed top-ups are generally non-refundable after tokens have been used.
If a top-up payment succeeded but tokens were not credited, contact support with the payment date, amount, provider, and account email.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
For failed, duplicate, or disputed payments, contact support before attempting repeated checkout attempts. Include the account email, approximate payment time, plan or top-up amount, and payment provider.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Abuse
RoxWhy may deny refund requests involving abuse, fraud, account sharing, terms violations, or attempts to evade metering or billing.
