Account Access
Help with RoxWhy sign-in, account emails, parent and student accounts, magic links, and support identity checks.
Use the email address tied to the RoxWhy account whenever you contact support. It helps us find the right workspace, billing record, credit balance, uploaded learning context, and support history.
Signing in
Open Sign In and enter your email address to receive a magic link. RoxWhy has no passwords and no social login: you always sign in with an email link.
When using the magic link:
- Check the same inbox used to request the link.
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Open the link in the same browser where possible.
- The link works once and expires after 15 minutes. Request a new link if the old one expired.
Creating an account
Open Sign In with the email address that should own the RoxWhy workspace. If the address is new, RoxWhy creates the account on the free Starter plan and opens the learning workspace.
Every learner needs their own account and email address. An alias such as name+kid@gmail.com works. A parent who pays signs in with their own email and adds the student from Students on their account page. See Setting up for your child.
Email changes
Email changes are handled by support because the email address is tied to sign-in, billing, credits, uploaded learning context, support requests, and account recovery.
Contact support@roxwhy.com.au from the current account email if possible. Include the current email, requested new email, and whether this is a parent or student account.
Account deletion
For deletion requests, contact support with the account email and a clear request to delete the account. We may need to retain limited billing, security, or legal records where required.
Account access support
Use Contact and include the account email, what happened when you used the sign-in link, what page you were trying to open, and any error text.
