Platform Overview

The RoxWhy Portal is an educational platform powered by artificial intelligence, designed to enhance learning experiences through personalised assistance, study tools, and academic tracking. The platform consists of three main components:

1. AI Learning Assistant Chatbot - A 24/7 virtual tutor that answers questions and helps with homework in real-time, providing educational assistance and explanations of complex concepts 2. AI Notebook - A powerful tool that helps create and organias aI-generated study materials including flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and audio podcasts (Plus plan only) 3. Academic Tracker - A comprehensive system for tracking and analysing academic performance, setting goals, and generating insights for improvement

Depending on your subscription plan and user role, you may access some or all of these features.

Subscription Plans

RoxWhy offers two subscription plans for end-users:

Standard Plan

• Access to the AI Chat feature only
• Perfect for basic educational assistance
• Approximately A$30 per month per seat

Plus Plan

• Access to all features: AI Chat, AI Notebook, and Academic Tracker
• Comprehensive learning and academic management
• Higher price point reflecting the additional features

Parents can mix and match Standard and Plus seats for different children based on their needs.

User Types

RoxWhy supports three main types of users, each with their own dedicated portal:

Parent Users

Parents manage family accounts, including:

• Subscription and billing management
• Adding and managing student accounts
• Overseeing student access and licenses

Student Users

Students access learning tools through their own portal, including:

• AI Chat for educational assistance
• AI Notebook for creating study materials (Plus plan only)
• Academic Tracker for monitoring progress

Solo Users

Individual users who manage their own accounts and access all features directly:

• Complete account and subscription management
• Access to all learning tools based on their plan
• Personal academic tracking

Getting Started

To get started with RoxWhy:

1. For Parents: Sign up for a parent account, choose your subscription plan, and add your students 2. For Students: Complete registration using the invitation from your parent 3. For Solo Users: Sign up for an individual account and choose your subscription plan
