RoxWhy Chat offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and use the interface more efficiently. This reference guide lists all available shortcuts organised by function.

Mobile-Specific Gestures

On mobile devices, some touch gestures serve as alternatives to keyboard shortcuts:

• Swipe left on a conversation: Show options (delete, archive, etc.)
• Swipe right from screen edge: Show sidebar
• Double tap on a message: Show message options
• Long press on a message: Select message for copying
• Two-finger swipe down: Refresh conversations list

Customising Shortcuts

Some versions of RoxWhy allow you to customize keyboard shortcuts:

1. Go to Settings or Preferences 2. Look for a Keyboard Shortcuts section 3. Find the shortcut you want to change 4. Click on it and press the new key combination 5. Save your changes

Note: Not all shortcuts can be customised, and availability may vary depending on your subscription level.

Browser-Specific Notes

• Some shortcuts may conflict with browser defaults
• In case of conflicts, browser shortcuts usually take precedence
• You may need to use browser settings to disable conflicting shortcuts

Operating System Differences

• On Windows/Linux, use Ctrl for most shortcuts
• On macOS, use Cmd (⌘) instead of Ctrl
• Some shortcuts may have slight variations between operating systems

Best Practices

• Start by learning the most common shortcuts (New Chat, Send Message, etc.)
• Practice shortcuts regularly to build muscle memory
